With even more features and a modularly designed comprehensive package, our new generation of ventilators for newborns and premature babies is impressive. The new STEPHANIE not only offers high-frequency oscillation (HFO), a respiratory gas humidification system and the fully automatic oxygen saturation controller SPO2C. Thanks to the new proximal dual flow sensor, recording the respiratory flow of young patients is now more accurate than ever before. At the same time, device dead space is eliminated – for even more efficient and less stressful ventilation. The detachable 15” monitor with its touch function simplifies operation, allowing easy access of important data and analyses and quick adjustment of therapy measures.

The great challenge in non-invasive ventilation of newborns and premature babies is to adapt ventilation and oxygen saturation to the current patient situation as far as possible in real time. This is exactly what the SOPHIE can do automatically. Thanks to state-of-the-art sensor technology, it immediately recognises when breathing or oxygen fraction changes and adjusts the therapy parameters accordingly. With integrated high-frequency oscillation and breathing gas humidification, SOPHIE covers the broad spectrum of requirements for safe ventilation. And all this without the need to change the patient tubing system.

Emergency ventilator EVE TR
In rescue situations, every second counts: that is why we have designed EVE for transport purposes – EVE TR – so that PEEP ventilation, for example, can be activated at the push of a button within a very short time. For both premature and newborn infants and older children as well as adult patients. Small but powerful, this particularly applies to EVE TR. It is compact, easy-to-use and equipped to function autonomously. The air for patient ventilation is produced by the ventilator itself. In ambulances and helicopters, EVE TR can be fastened safely and reliably thanks to numerous mounting brackets. When switching from EVE TR to EVE IN for intra-clinical use after the patient arrives in the intensive care unit, you simply reconnect the tube system. Done.

NIV ventilation enables young patients to breathe on their own at any time, provided they are able to do so. This is how our intensive care respirator EVE NEO works: ventilation automatically adapts to the patient’s spontaneous breathing efforts, ensuring optimal care at all times. Even in non-invasive mode the device adapts to the inhalation and exhalation efforts via an external trigger. This is possible thanks to state-of-the-art ventilation and sensor technology. Regardless of whether pressure- or volume-guaranteed ventilation modes are indicated, and whether they are to be used invasively or non-invasively – EVE NEO optimally meets all requirements.

This makes it the ideal ventilator for transportation within the clinic. Thanks to the multifunctional mounting bracket, it can be easily and safely attached to patients’ beds and transport trolleys. In the intensive care unit itself, EVE IN can be easily integrated into the patient’s entire care infrastructure via a docking station.
